Services

Pink by Neena provides professional bridal makeup, hairstyling, and saree draping for weddings and special occasions in Bangalore. We customise services based on your preferences, skin type, and wedding style.

Booking & Payment

Bookings require an advance (non-refundable). Balance due on wedding day. All prices in Indian Rupees. Payment via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or digital wallets.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a date transfer, No refund is possible. 

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, disclose allergies, prepare skin properly, be available at scheduled time, and maintain realistic expectations. Makeup enhances features but doesn't create "perfect" skin or dramatically alter appearance.

Our Commitment

Punctual, professional service using premium products (MAC, Huda Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury). Strict hygiene standards. No double bookings.

Liability

We are not responsible for allergic reactions from undisclosed sensitivities, makeup performance beyond 6 hours, extreme weather effects, or photography results. Maximum liability limited to service fees paid.

Governing Law

These Terms governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to Bangalore court jurisdiction.
